2022年為農曆壬寅年，同時也是十二生肖中的虎年；在亞洲文化中，老虎雖然有著兇猛、強悍的形象，

但也同時也因此常被選為神明的坐騎或者是地方守護神。雖然台灣並不是老虎的原生地，但在民間信仰中也不乏出現老虎的身影；虎爺 - 最早是山神與眾多道教神祇的坐騎，有守護廟境、村莊、地區與城市之功能。
在新的一年中，全世界都面臨的諸多挑戰，為此我們希望以虎年中的主角作為本次創作的主題配合台灣文化 - 傳達
守護、安撫與勇往直前的精神，作為對新一年到來的期許。

In the New Year, the world is facing many challenges, so we hope to take the protagonist in the Year of the Tiger as the theme of this creation to match Taiwan culture - to convey the spirit of protection, comfort and courage, as the coming of the New Year.
