你看到的燙金不只是裝飾,那是太陽的光芒燒在紙上的餘溫;

People often say,
“The plan of a day begins in the morning, the plan of a year begins in spring.”
But Tainan’s native pineapples would add:
“Our whole life’s plan depends on whether the sun is hot enough, the rain comes on time, and the farmers rise early.”

At first glance, Sunlight Pineapple Cake may seem like just a simple pastry.
In truth, it works harder than you do:

through wind, sun, rain, and sweat—every sweet-and-sour bite is the result of land and people enduring together.
We’ve transformed sunlight, air, water, and soil—the things you normally see only in a science textbook—into a design language, so that the packaging itself becomes part of the growing process.

What you see in the gilded foil is not mere decoration, but the afterglow of the sun’s heat seared onto paper.
What you see in the textures are not just patterns, but the pulse of the earth and the sweat of the farmers.
A pastry can simply be sweet , or it can be a piece of Taiwan’s landscape that you can taste.
