一年一度的秋天又到了，每年的這個時節這棟房子總會傳來「咚咚咚」「叮」「嗶嗶，嗶嗶」等許多機器的聲音
攪拌器撞擊碗盆的碰撞聲；烤箱預熱完成的提示聲；及遠處傳來的計時器叮叮作響
預告著今年中秋節即將到來
俗話說：「工欲善其事，必先利其器。」為了製作純淨無負擔的甜點
必須從備妥所有工具與原料開始，我們與在地的小農合作挑選最新鮮的食材
選用低醣麵粉，及最健康、純淨、快樂的雞蛋，最後再由經驗老道的師傅將糕點產出
從日出到日落的忙碌，做出蓬鬆且健康的糕點
只為在這個慶祝的節日裡，帶給朋友們一份溫暖的禮物
